Prior to joining Conversica in March of 2013, Mark built one of the largest online comparison shopping websites in the world, He started the company with its two founders in 1999 and most recently served as president. NexTag grew rapidly to more than 350 employees operating in nine countries and sold majority ownership in 2007 with a US$1.3B valuation. Mark has a strong technological, analytical and entrepreneurial focus on capital efficiency. Before NexTag, he worked within the technology sector for more than 10 years, where he held several executive positions at public companies in marketing, product management and business development. He is currently on the Executive Advisory Board for Kennet Partners, LLC, and sits on several of the firm’s portfolio company boards including Conversica, and AcademixDirect. Mark graduated from Southern Methodist University with an undergraduate business degree in finance from the Cox Business School.
