Account Executive

About the position

The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Conversica’s Artificial Intelligence tool to marketing and sales teams. Activities involve territory development, product demos, negotiations, and closing. In addition, participating in industry networking events to build direct sales pipelines. This position requires a highly organized, motivated and productive individual.


  •  Profiling and researching target accounts in assigned territory utilizing various methods and tools.
  • Strong desire to work in an innovative and dynamic company
  • Negotiating and closing business on a consistent monthly basis. This includes meeting customers in person when required.
  •  Involving appropriate Conversica’s management in sales opportunities when required.
  • Preparing and managing sales pipeline of 50+ opps with
  • Presenting Conversica’s solution via to key stakeholders
  • Managing integrity of SFDC
  • Developing a level of expertise of Conversica’s industry, product offerings, competitive landscape, and understanding of associated technologies and how they solve customer’s business issues.
  • This position requires consistent performance and delivering month in and month out, and the Account Executive is expected to achieve quota each quarter. The vast majority of selling in this position is performed over the phone and online demonstrations.


Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience (technology industry preferred) with a verified track record of quota attainment
  • Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment
  •  Passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies

  •  Demonstrated listening and product presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
