This week, Conversica will return to Dreamforce, a gathering that brings together thought leaders and industry pioneers throughout the Salesforce community. Attendees who stop by Conversica’s Customer Success Expo booth 1924 will have the opportunity to see our Conversica AI Sales Assistants autonomously engaging and converting leads so not a single one is left behind. Our AI Lead Patrol will show how Conversica’s AI complements and extends the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI solutions.

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Conversica Carl Landers will be speaking at Moscone South on Wednesday, September 26, at 2:45 p.m. His talk, #AIpower: 3 Ways Conversational AI is Boosting Sales & Customer Engagement, will showcase how Conversica’s AI Assistants can personalize prospect and customer communications and free employees to focus on higher-value activities.
On Thursday, September 27, at 3 p.m., Phil Horn, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Sacramento Kings, will talk about Conversica during his panel discussion on 9 AppExchange Apps to Extend Marketing Cloud Across Your Business, sharing how the Conversica solution has helped him leverage mobile technologies to connect with customers and create real-time, personalized content. This panel will also take place at the Palace Hotel.
Conversica will also be defending its title at the Dreamforce Demo Jam in the SMB Lodge at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel on Thursday at 3 p.m. If we are again victorious at this year’s Demo Jam, our team will face a second competition against other finalists at the MEGA DEMO JAM at 4 p.m at Moscone West, Second Floor, Room 2007.
