Chief Customer Officer
Brian is a SaaS Customer Success leader with 18 years of experience leading post-sales delivery teams. He is passionate about delivering value and business outcomes for customers and building effective and efficient delivery teams. Previously, Brian served as World Wide Client Success Executive at IBM where he developed the strategy for customer success across IBM’s SaaS portfolio. Prior to that, Brian served as Chief Customer Officer at Marin Software leading all post-sale activities (account management, renewals and expansion), implementation, customer training and marketing, support, services and analytics) for a publicly traded Adtech business. Previous he served as President, US and Chief Operating Officer of digital marketing agency, iProspect. Brian graduated from Colgate University.
