Manager of Sales Operations

About the position

Conversica, is enjoying rapid growth with its patented Artificial Intelligence software and is currently recruiting a motivated Manager of Sales Operations to work with the Nationwide Sales team, KC related facility vendors, and internal cross functional teams. This position includes both internal and external responsibilities. Internal responsibilities include the direct management and mentoring of account team requests through deal desk, acting as POC for KC IT support with IT Manager, new hire onboarding and start-up of new programs, troubleshooting and facilitating inter-departmental communication. External responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders, and providing facility support through acting as POC with maintenance and ad hoc requests.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients (sales team, vendors, etc.) and stakeholders
  • Ensure sales expectations are met or exceeded on all levels by maintaining ongoing communication (written and verbal) with sales and various team members and troubleshooting questions/issues as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of Conversica organizations, products, and marketing objectives.
  • Assists in preparing client estimates, order forms and legal communications.
  • Interface with Finance/Legal teams and other departments to ensure customer proposals are moving forward.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic organization and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Opportunity management, reporting skills, and Salesforce.com admin duties
  • Lead projects by developing and maintaining project plans, managing project scope, budget, and resources, and effectively managing project risks and issues.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation for KC office facility needs.
  • Help HR with KC new hires through new hire verification, training, and establishing system and team set up.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within and between departments or between account team members.
  • Participate and/or lead KC office events
  • Manage and/or facility a variety of training needs
  • Other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations/systems experience within the software industry and a history of success in delivering results
  • Passionate about all aspects operations and providing clients with exceptional support and experiences that help them achieve their business objectives
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and how to perform general activities. (admin experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and its use in driving revenue, client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate needs into solutions
  • Ability to balance facility needs, sales satisfaction and operational responsibilities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
