Marketing Programs Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager who will plan, execute and measure marketing programs that drive demand to generate qualified sales opportunities that ultimately result in closed sales. The candidate must be flexible, creative, proactive, and hands-on and have the ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a very fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

This job will be reporting to the Head of Demand Gen

Duties/Responsibilities

What you will be doing?
-Grow new marketing-qualified leads, through integrated marketing programs, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
-Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies
-Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
-Communicate with the sales team to ensure that they are aware of the latest marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
-Promote and produce effective webinars and webinar series
-Use SFDC and Marketo to set up, modify and execute campaigns
-Manage event/tradeshow sponsorships – coordinate on-site and other event logistics (shipping, collateral, pre-promotions, giveaways)

Requirements

Desired Experience:
-Experience in B2B technology marketing (Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing programs and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint)
-Experience with marketing automation, especially Marketo
-Experience with CRM, especially Salesforce
-Experience with marketing metrics and their presentation
-Experience using webinar tools (Webex, Anymeeting, ON24, etc) and basic video editing skills a plus
-Event planning and management experience including training, small meetup groups, trade shows, road shows, and large scale conferences
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
