This Order (“Order”) is part of and subject to the online terms and conditions of the Conversica Terms of Service, between you and Conversica. The effective date of this Order is the date on which Conversica creates your Personal Edition account (the “Order Effective Date”).
All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order are as defined in the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between any provision of the Terms of Service and this Order, the terms of this Order will prevail.

Five (5) standard Conversations per Term
“Lead” means a unique email address provided by the Customer for use in the Personal Edition and/or Service. “Conversation” means a set of message templates targeting a specific customer interaction. Any Leads or Conversations included in the Personal Edition that are not used during the applicable period may not be rolled over into or credited towards any subsequent period.
The Company may modify this Order at any time and in its sole discretion, provided that no such modification will impose any fee obligations on Customer without Customer’s affirmative consent. Company will notify Customer of any modification via (i) email to the contact email provided by Customer; (ii) by presenting the new Order in its entirety at the time Customer next logs into the Personal Edition; or (iii) by posting the revised Order within the Personal Edition. Changes to this Order shall be effective five (5) days after provision of notice by any of the methods provided above regardless of whether Customer actually receives any notification. Customer is responsible for checking its account on the Personal Edition on a regular basis and for ensuring that any contact information or other information that it provides to the Company is current and accurate. Customer’s continued use of the Personal Edition after notice of modifications as provided above shall be deemed to be Customer’s continued acceptance of this Order, including any amendments and modifications. If a modification is unacceptable to Customer, Customer may terminate the Order by giving notice within the five (5) day period specified above.
The term of this Order (the “Term”) commences on the Order Effective Date and continues until either party terminates for convenience by giving the other party written notice of termination. In the event of a termination for convenience, this Order will terminate effective one calendar month after the monthly anniversary of the Order Effective Date following the date the termination notice was received. For example, if the Order Effective Date was June 15, and notice of termination was received March 10, this Order would terminate effective on April 15.
