Conversica is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.

You will have remarkable sales, negotiating, critical thinking and teamwork skills, and will be accountable for achieving the objectives set forth by Conversica management. In addition to growing our business, you will provide excellence in product knowledge and customer-friendly professionalism. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) reports to the Vice President of Sales.


  • Sell monthly subscription services to automotive industry
  • Close business via phone and web demonstrations
  • Conduct outbound calling and dealer visits, must be willing to travel
  • Maintain and grow revenue of customers in your region
  • Manage consistently strong prospecting for new clients
  • Achieve the objectives set forth by Conversica management
  • Report on the accomplishments, challenges, problems and projections
  • Provide a best-in-class experience to all prospects and customers


  • Proven sales skills
  • Excellent follow through and closing skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of automotive CRMs, e.g., DealerPeak, ReyRey, DealerSocket
  • Very proficient in using Salesforce on a daily basis for all tracking
  • Knowledgeable in using PowerPoint and other presentation systems (WebEx, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving, comfort with troubleshooting
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Excellence in organization, professionalism, and time management
  • Strong presentation skills
