Conversica, the leading provider of lead engagement software for marketing, inside sales and sales, today announced that Jason Lund has been appointed as the company’s new CFO. Over nearly 20 years in the software industry, Lund has contributed to the rapid growth and financial success of numerous companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
“Jason has had incredible success over his career and his breadth of experience will have a major influence on our future growth,” emphasized Alex Terry, Conversica’s CEO. “His background in both business development and operations will be invaluable to the company. I am extremely pleased we were able to bring him onto the management team.”
Lund has held senior financial positions with both public and private companies and during that time has led two IPOs and numerous M&A activities. He has built and managed several finance and operations departments from start-ups to $100 million SaaS and subscription businesses.
Previously, Lund served as CFO and head of US business development at Mobilis, an international mobile payments company, as well as VP Finance with Lithium Technologies and DemandTec. Earlier in his career, Lund was a divisional head of finance at McKesson Corporation and an audit, tax, and consulting professional with Price Waterhouse.
“One look at what Conversica has done with artificial intelligence technology and its potential in multiple markets around the world, and I immediately saw the opportunity for nearly unlimited growth,” said Lund. “Joining Alex and his team was an easy decision for me, and I look forward to building another great success story in the industry.”
Lund received a B.S. degree in accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a CPA.
