What type of reports are available in the Conversica dashboard?

Conversica offers several out-of-the-box reports to help get you started. This includes, but is not limited to, lead quality, funnel and status reports and reports that allow you to compare the performance of conversations, RDAs, lead sources and more.

Is there a way to share the data with my team?

Report visuals and tables can be exported directly from our dashboard. Additionally, if you want to share a specific report in-app with other Conversica users, you can send them the URL of the report you have created and they will be able to review.

Who has access to our reports in Conversica?

You can assign access to Conversica reporting to the specific individuals or teams you want to have access. Users with Administrator and Manager user profiles have access by defult. At this time, you cannot grant access to only specific reports, it's either access to all reporting or none.
