FOSTER CITY, CA—May 23, 2018—Conversica, the leader in conversational AI for business, today announced the addition of Gregg Ames to the company’s executive leadership team. He will serve as Chief Sales Officer, a new position at the company.

Ames has years of experience managing fast-growing sales teams, successfully defining new categories of software, and upleveling company capabilities to meet the demanding needs of enterprise customers. In his role at Conversica, Ames will lead the sales function as the company grows, adds new conversational AI solutions, and expands into new industries and geographies.

Ames joins Conversica from Kibo Commerce, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. He previously served in enterprise sales leadership roles at Marketo, where he grew the enterprise software business to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, setting the stage for the company’s successful IPO. He began his sales career at Oracle.
