LIST OF SUBPROCESSORS

 

Conversica, Inc. engages the following Sub-processors to perform specific personal data processing activities on behalf of our customers as part of the the services we deliver to our customers as defined in the Conversica Terms of Service or other contractual agreement with our customers.  All the sub-processors are located in the United States.

 

The list of Subprocessors is as follows:

Amazon Web Services, Inc. Hosting customer data. Email and other supporting services. Data security and access controls are applied to the customer data containers to help satisfy GDPR requirements for Conversica as a data processor and AWS as a sub-processor.
Cloud Elements, Inc. Facilitating API integration with our customers’ respective CRM databases.
Fresh Address Email address validation.
Cloud Elements, Inc. Facilitating API integration with our customers’ respective CRM databases.
Google LLC Translation of certain service conversations data. Removal of personal data from conversational data used to improve our services.
Sumo Logic, Inc. Log aggregation that facilitates system monitoring and support.
Smartling Translation integration supporting localization of user interface
Twilio Inc. Log aggregation tool utilized for monitoring and support
Twilio SMS (text message) services.
UVA Software, LLC “Scanii” software used to remove any malicious code from personal data received from customers prior to further processing.
Workato, Inc. Facilitates API integration with our customers’ respective CRM databases.
Zendesk, Inc. Technical support plus chat integration and data transmission.
