Salesforce and Conversica Present the Future of Conversational AI at Dreamforce 2023

Conversica and Salesforce to demonstrate the power of Generative AI by combining Conversica Revenue Digital Assistants™ with Salesforce Einstein Gen AI 


SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept 12, 2023 – Conversica, Inc., the leading provider of AI-powered conversation automation solutions for enterprise revenue teams, today will showcase the future of conversational AI on the main stage at Salesforce Dreamforce. The two companies are joining forces to demonstrate a closed pilot proof-of-concept for the integration of Conversica’s conversation automation solution, its Revenue Digital Assistants™ (RDAs), with Salesforce’s Einstein GPT, creating revenue-focused conversations at every stage of the customer journey and transforming CRM dynamics. 

The initiative was announced during a presentation made by Salesforce about its vision for the future of conversational AI at the Dreamforce conference being held in San Francisco this week through September 14, 2023.

The proof-of-concept, which will be shown daily during Dreamforce in the AppExchange Landing, shows the potential of integrating Conversica’s Generative AI-powered RDAs with Einstein GPT to complement and support sales, marketing, and customer experience activities by engaging in personalized, open-ended two-way conversations that amplify every marketing campaign and quickly build a quality pipeline. 

Integrated within both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, Conversica’s RDAs can be invoked without ever leaving the CRM environment, enabling profit-driven interactions throughout each phase of the sales funnel. Interactions using Conversica’s chat or email tool powered by Einstein GPT will be secured by a trust layer that brings to the platform security measures to protect sensitive customer data.

Conversica Recognized in Salesforce 2023 Partner Innovation Awards

The proof-of-concept initiative adds to Conversica’s announcements at this year’s Dreamforce. The company was also named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Manufacturing, Auto & Energy ISV showcasing its solution to nurture and warm up leads created for Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon. Leica adopted a Conversica RDA for Marketing to cultivate early interest with new leads and follow up with older prospects, as well as untapped prospects that had gone dormant. The company integrated it with Salesforce CRM to better leverage the rich insights for the personalization of revenue-influencing conversations. 

As a result, Leica’s sales team is able to focus their time and energy on the best opportunities and uncover more revenue with less work. The team saw a 300% increase in their net-new lead to qualified lead conversions and 23x ROI, with 12% of their total opportunity value influenced by their RDA.

Building a stronger partnership

This new project further solidifies Conversica as a Generative AI trusted partner in the Salesforce ecosystem. This marks the third collaboration announced by the two companies in 2023. In June, Conversica launched the integration of its RDAs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In March, the company started integrating its generative AI conversational platform with Salesforce Automotive Cloud enabling dealers and OEMs to automate their Sales and Marketing processes to generate more qualified leads, increase efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
