Conversica was recently named among the best Salesforce apps by Cybernews, a research-based online publication that offers tech and cybersecurity news and analysis. The Cybernews team researched thousands of Salesforce apps and add-ons to come up with a shortlist of must-have apps to boost conversion rates, automate marketing processes and improve customer satisfaction.
