What have our customers been saying about Conversica lately? Here’s a collection of recent reviews garnered from Salesforce AppExchange, G2 Crowd, and DrivingSales:
Our experience with Conversica has been excellent. Their on-boarding process is one of the best in the business, and they are committed to making their service fit with your business, not just selling you a contract and walking away. We’ve had a great experience working with every member of their team from sales to customer service and technical staff.
The Conversica platform itself is also excellent and reaches out to our clients in a natural way. Conversica is allowing our people to optimize their time by focusing on the conversations that really connect with our clients and move our business forward.

Pros: Top notch customer service, and implementation was a breeze!
Cons: Takes a few days to figure out what works best for your store. Luckily we were able to make immediate changes and set everything up how we preferred.

I have been up and running with Conversica for several months now and I could not imagine running our sales org without it. The product is great. We are able to touch more leads than ever before and the engagement rate is excellent. We are seeing an immediate impact on opportunity generation.
The Conversica team are very intelligent and friendly people that got us implemented very quickly. I would highly recommend this product!

I have been working with Derik Hettinger and the rest of the conversica team for the past 12 months and it has been one of the best marketing decisions I have made for my company. Many services promise results and don’t deliver. I have been able to quantify 5-10 deals in just the past 2-3 months that are directly derived from my wonderful virtual assistant, Kayla! This makes it cost-effective and gives us the follow up we need when my sales people either drop the ball or are too busy working other deals. I highly recommend Conversica and am happy to provide a shout out! Thanks again.

What do you like best?
Conversica’s virtual assistant has the persistence and yes, the personality, to break through and reach prospects. The assistant learns what conversations work and relentlessly tries to engage. Surprisingly, the assistant breaks through where human sales reps often did not. The assistant has completely replaced our human business development function.
What do you dislike?
Integration with HubSpot, our marketing automation platform, is primitive at best. While data is shared between the two systems, it’s buried and not visible forcing users to do a lot of back and forth between the systems. A few simple fixes will solve 80% of the issues but a deeper, more robust API level integration is needed to truly harness the power of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product
This product can radically change your sales engagement process. It’s not a threat to sales but shifts the burden of trying engage every lead from a human to a machine that can do the task more effectively through email. Some leads still require cold calling as email isn’t the right way to reach everyone but this tool will definitely improve your engagement rates.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With Sales managing multiple tasks, it’s easy for leads to grow stale waiting for follow-up. Conversica doesn’t have that problem and relentlessly works each lead to get engagement. While the assistant can’t break through and engage with them all, it is still able to collect information (new phone numbers, etc) that Sales can use to help in their efforts.
